**Job Summary**

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial facility's HVAC and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment, including air handling units, filters, fans, pulleys, belts, and dock heaters.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities' systems.
  • Repair and replace major appliances, including plumbing fixtures and equipment.
  • Clear clogged drains and perform other plumbing-related tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of industrial experience or an HVAC degree.
  • Master plumber's license or similar combination of education and trade-related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
