Maintenance Technician

Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our in-house group of field technicians, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services to our clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial construction projects, including carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
- Proficiency in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
- OSHA 10hr certification or completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment.
