Job Summary
Park Grove Realty seeks a skilled Apartments Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing activities at assigned properties, with a primary focus on converting leads into successful tours and leases. You will collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth move-in processes and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage lead generations, converting prospects into tours and leases through proactive marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct apartment tours, ensuring a positive experience for potential residents.
• Prepare target apartments, common areas, and amenities for tours, guaranteeing a great first impression.
• Process rental applications, create lease agreements, and complete related paperwork efficiently.
• Collect rental deposits, application fees, and monthly rent payments, while pursuing delinquent balances under Property Manager's direction.
• Analyze market trends to optimize marketing efforts and enhance property visibility.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, including social media presence, to effectively promote properties.
• Collaborate with Property Managers and Maintenance Teams to ensure leased apartments meet move-in standards on time.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections for new and vacating residents.

Essential Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred. 1-3 years' customer service experience required; leasing, sales, and/or marketing experience beneficial. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and mathematical skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific ERP software essential.

Estimated Annual Salary:$60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and performance.
