The Clinical Nurse Coordinator Spine Med Surg is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Coordinate clinical activities, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable
- Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience; 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable
