Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator Spine Med Surg is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Coordinate clinical activities, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable
  • Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience; 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable
