Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and implementation of tailored Salesforce solutions, taking ownership of technical projects and collaborating within an agile framework to enhance our existing systems.
  • Create and deploy custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows to improve system capabilities and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to adopt industry-standard Salesforce development operations and automation practices.
  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, overseeing data feeds and various integrations.
  • Provide continuous user support for Salesforce to ensure peak platform performance.
  • Develop and conduct end-user training sessions to improve understanding of Salesforce features and promote best practices, including the creation of user manuals and documentation of data flows.
  • Regularly assess and enhance Salesforce functionalities to adapt to changing business needs, staying updated on the latest software development technologies to recommend and implement necessary improvements.
  • Establish Salesforce security protocols and permissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices regarding data management, security, and privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including configuration using workflows, validation rules, Lightning Flow, business process automation, and user management.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification (consideration for PD1 certification will be given).
  • Strong communication skills to articulate architectural plans and Salesforce platform constraints while collaborating with business users to gather requirements.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
  • Project management experience within an Agile team environment.
