The Member Services Role
We seek a highly skilled Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will understand and explain all our products and services, identify and fulfill financial needs of new and existing members, guide them through troubleshooting, navigating our website or using our products or services in a call center environment, maintain member confidentiality, and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or related fields, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask. You must possess a positive, patient, and professional demeanor, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A hybrid work from home position requires you to spend a portion of your time in-person at our branch, working with our team on a weekly basis.

We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $20-22 per hour, along with an impressive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with a match, a pension plan, paid vacation, sick and personal time.
