About the Role:As a PACU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from anesthesia. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current state of Michigan RN license.
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within one year of hire.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment.
