- PRO Support: Assist the PRO team in managing and supporting their client base of professional interior designers.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups, logistical processes, and other e-commerce related tasks.
- Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail store operations from interior design brands or high-end fashion brands.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility: Flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for Interior Design: A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
- Zendesk Experience: Hands-on experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits- Pay: 21-27 USD per hour (non-exempt) with regular evening and weekend shifts.
