Job Title: Senior Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and employees
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Manage mail, packages, and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting, preferably with a high call volume
  • Previous experience with multi-line phones and office software
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
