  • Maintain security protocols for the facility as required.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound activities for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to uphold service standards.

3. Documentation and Data Management:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
  • Verify the accuracy of all shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory management.

4. Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication between the warehouse and clients.
  • Assist in managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Support drivers and visitors during their check-in process.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of experience in a customer service environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
