Job Description
This Service Advisor position involves overseeing service orders, managing the flow of the Drive Lane, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a professional demeanor.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee service orders and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  2. Provide concierge-level support for owner inquiries, whether in person or over the phone.
  3. Maintain a high Customer Success Index by efficiently distributing work between technicians.
  4. Diagnose vehicle problems, order necessary parts, and train service department staff.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
