Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all members and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Collaborate closely with the Membership Manager and Head Trainer to support member retention and engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A vibrant personality with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • A foundational knowledge of Mindbody Business software.
  • Confidence in resolving client concerns and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to relay important information to management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role or a related field is preferred.
