Breakfast Attendant Opportunity

True North Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Moscow, ID. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to our guests, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Assist with food order delivery and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of food logs, temperature logs, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Required certifications and training in TIPS, ServSafe, and other relevant areas.
