Breakfast Attendant Opportunity at True North Hotel Group

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Moscow, ID. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to our guests, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain accurate food logs, temperature logs, and red books to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department, and other local organizations.
