Position Highlights:

  • Collaborate with a seasoned team of MDs and NPs, alongside a diverse rehabilitation team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, discharge planners, and social service professionals across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
  • Engage with Sansum Hospitalists, specialists, and hospice palliative care teams.
  • Manage a patient load of 8-12 individuals daily.
  • No on-call responsibilities.

Compensation Package:

  • Two-Year Salary Guarantee
  • Annual Salary Range: $205,000.00 - $265,000.00
  • This salary range represents the base compensation for full-time physicians and does not encompass additional incentives or benefits. The base salary may be adjusted based on experience, community needs, and other relevant factors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD or DO with relevant experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatrics
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Possession of a DEA Certificate
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • California Licensure or the ability to obtain it
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
