The trainee will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and other key personnel to implement a variety of marketing projects and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
This internship offers hourly pay, and participants may also earn college credits through an accredited program. Additionally, the role provides avenues for professional growth and the chance to cultivate a robust network within the automotive industry, equipping interns with valuable skills for their future careers. Many past interns at Eide Automotive Group have successfully transitioned into full-time roles within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies aimed at boosting business performance.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate customer data to pinpoint target demographics and emerging trends.
- Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and video scripts, while also aiding in the video production process.
- Oversee the social media channels of Eide Automotive Group, including content scheduling and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to enhance website functionality and content.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events to elevate brand visibility and drive sales.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic improvements.
- Undertake additional marketing tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in social media management and various platforms.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and possess a basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry is advantageous.

Applicants must submit a cover letter and resume. Additionally, candidates should provide three to five samples of their work related to marketing or content creation, which may include written pieces, social media posts, graphic designs, or video content.
