Marketing Internship

Job Summary:
The Marketing Internship at Eide Automotive Group will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts and driving business growth in the auto industry. This is a part-time, hourly position in Mandan, North Dakota, and is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the automotive sector. The Marketing Internship will work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and other team members to execute various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a paid internship position with hourly compensation. In addition, the Marketing Internship can apply this work experience for college credits through an approved college course. The position also offers professional development opportunities and the chance to build a strong network in the automotive industry and provide important skills in your professional career. Several internships within the Eide Automotive Group have resulted in successful careers in the automotive industry. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences and consumer trends.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, blog posts, scripts for video production, assist in the video production process and other marketing materials.
- Manage Eide Automotive Group's social media presence, including scheduling posts and responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on website updates and improvements.
- Help plan and organize promotions and events to generate brand awareness and increase sales.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to make recommendations for improvement.
- Other assigned marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media savvy and familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite and basic understanding of graphic design.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
