Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Field CTO to spearhead our customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, driving awareness and adoption of our solutions through strategic partnerships with customers. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers' digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and execute AI transformation roadmaps, ensuring successful and high-velocity value delivery.
  • Own customer onboarding, technical integration, and strategy to enable seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining technical pathways to success.
  • Articulate Machinify's value proposition in a clear and engaging manner, helping customers make informed decisions about their technology investments.
  • Gather feedback from customers and provide input into the development of new products or services to ensure they align with market needs and technological trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to recommend solutions and provide strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as an industry thought leader by writing articles, giving presentations, and representing the company in public forums.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product development and effectively position our solutions to customers.
  • Serve as a bridge between the engineering and business teams, helping prioritize development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in technical evangelism or product advocacy roles.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, understanding customers' business and technical requirements, building, consulting, or implementing technology.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, industry events, and other related events as required.
