Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients in a behavioral health setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients, as well as supervising staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.

Job Summary

This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients
  • Implement care plans and provide education to patients and families
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in behavioral health care preferred
