Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team at Crescent Crown Distributing, L.L.C. in a third-shift position. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a Ride/Walk pallet jack to pull orders for next-day delivery, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products.
  • Work long evening hours, finishing when the load is complete, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds, and push/pull kegs weighing up to 165 pounds.
  • Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking, and returns activities according to company standards.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management.
  • Build all orders quickly, accurately, and securely, and participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed.
  • Keep products stored, rotated, and picked correctly for best date quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, and others.
  • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack certification
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably in logistics or material handling
  • Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain a repetitive pace
