Project Manager (ENG Civil/Site Engineer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (ENG Civil/Site Engineer) to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress reports, status reports, and final project reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in civil design, with a preference for experience in solar plant site layouts.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proficient in Autocad Civil3D and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building and leading teams in a growth-oriented market.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar and battery storage.
  • Experience with project management software, including project scheduling and budgeting tools.
