Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of pediatric nursing experience.
