Compensation:
$56K-$66K Per Annum.

Role Overview:
The Mobile Experience Management (MEM) team is responsible for a solution that empowers customers to efficiently manage their mobile devices, offering features that are tailored to their operational needs. Our customers utilize MEM to remotely oversee their teams' devices, manage available applications, control device access, and customize device home screens. Additionally, they can set up safety modes, such as the in-motion screen, on devices to promote safer driving practices.

We leverage Kotlin for MEM mobile applications, alongside React Native, Typescript, Redux, and GraphQL for mobile development across our platform, with Golang utilized for backend services. Direct experience with Kotlin is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile features for the Android platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and infrastructure engineers to architect, build, test, and deliver comprehensive features across front-end, back-end, and mobile.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the performance, reliability, and user experience of our applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
  • 1+ years of experience in native Android development.
  • Strong programming and coding fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Redux, Typescript).
  • A genuine curiosity about our customers and a desire to enhance their daily experiences.
  • A passion for delivering features that are immediately beneficial to our customers.
  • A willingness to iterate on new products based on customer feedback.
