Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our coverage team in Austin, Texas. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and supporting our physical therapists in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care - Assist physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve patient goals.
- Support Clinical Operations - Contribute to the smooth operation of our clinics, including maintaining patient records, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team - Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Education and Licensure - Current Texas state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or currently pursuing a PTA degree.
- Experience and Skills - Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) are encouraged to apply. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Compensation - $30-31/hour salary.
