About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative/Hospital Liaison to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a key member of our contact center, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Patient Calls: Answer and respond to patient calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and empathetic support.
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care, including coordinating transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and record-keeping.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through effective communication and empathy.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
