We are looking for a committed Certified Pharmacy Specialist to become a part of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with receiving and validating prescriptions, ensuring their accuracy, and processing them electronically with precision.
Your responsibilities will include addressing challenges such as denied insurance claims, selecting appropriate medications, accurately measuring dosages for prescriptions, and overseeing the sorting, stocking, and labeling of medications.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to guarantee the availability of essential medications.Key Competencies:
- Technical Skills:
+ Experience in IV Room or compounding
+ Proficient in electronic prescription processing
+ Skilled in medication measurement and dosage
+ Strong inventory management capabilities
+ Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience - Interpersonal Skills:
+ Keen attention to detail
+ Strong problem-solving abilities
+ Effective communication skills
This is a contract role with a duration of 6 months.
