JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager is accountable for planning, overseeing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines while adhering to budget constraints. This role includes acquiring and coordinating the efforts of personnel and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects within established timelines. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and supervise quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide oversight, evaluation, and enhancement of the project management team's efficiency, ensuring adherence to management principles established by the Senior Leadership Team.
· Engage in customer site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of scope, contractual obligations, and job risks.
· Collaborate with the Project Sales Representative before project initiation; transition the project from sales through development into execution; maintain communication with the Project Sales Representative throughout the project, documenting changes that impact job scope, schedule, or budget agreements.
· Interact with customers, engineers, vendors, suppliers, and others during the design and planning phases of the project.
· Work closely with the project team to create and maintain an overall project schedule.
· Identify critical path items and anticipate potential issues.
· Proactively address typical challenges that historically affect schedules, construction, and project costs. Identify these challenges and collaborate with the project team to devise solutions.
· Regularly and accurately communicate project status, including schedule, financial standing, risk assessment, quality, safety, and other key areas.
· Coordinate work crews and schedule necessary equipment.
· Willingness to travel as required and manage field leadership effectively.
· Completion of ProLift Specific, Regulatory, and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system is expected.
· May be required to complete third-party and customer-mandated training for on-site access.
· Other duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:
· A working knowledge and understanding of engineering plans and specifications. Must be mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of machinery, heavy construction, and fundamental principles of industrial project flow. Basic math and geometry skills are necessary. Planning and leadership skills are essential.
· Familiarity with construction contracts, Windows-based software applications, and effective time management skills.
· Some rigging/technical experience.
· Sufficient experience to meet or exceed the essential duties listed above.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
PMP certification is preferred.
