MEP Superintendent

The MEP Superintendent plays a pivotal role in the construction startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This involves coordinating and managing all activities in accordance with contract documents and project schedules.
As a key member of the project team, the MEP Superintendent will work closely with subcontractors and the design team to resolve conflicts related to MEP issues. This includes reviewing mechanical and electrical submittals, managing equipment procurement, and coordinating equipment deliveries.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical system construction is required, with a strong background in preconstruction and equipment procurement.
