Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer phone calls from patients and referral sources, responding to inquiries and providing information on behavioral health services.
  • Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Process internal and external referrals, verifying patient demographic information and communicating scheduling outcomes with referral sources.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team, supporting the success of our team and organization.

Requirements:

  • 1 year call center experience, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and referrals simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
