Land Development Surveyor

Dynamic Survey Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Surveyor to join our team at Dynamic Engineering Consultants. As a Survey Party Chief, you will be responsible for conducting land, utility, boundary surveys, and construction stakeout. Your expertise in field survey operations, engineering, and construction industry will be invaluable to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze land, utility, boundary surveys, well location, and construction stakeout.
• Process construction stakeout field preparations.
• Complete all field operations for various surveying projects, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, transportation surveys, and construction layout.
• Project datum conversion/transformation.
• Maintain, clean, and service survey equipment and vehicles as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in land development surveying.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Party Chief.
• Flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
