Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Capula Trading Desks during US operational hours
  • Accurately and efficiently process trades
  • Ensure proper documentation of all new trades in internal systems
  • Address trade discrepancies and inquiries with various stakeholders
  • Oversee trade settlements and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to enhance processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments including FX, CDS, IRS, and equities
  • Experience in operations within a Fixed Income Hedge Fund
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with industry-standard systems such as Bloomberg and MarkitWire
  • Capability to perform under pressure and make prompt decisions
