Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

About the Role:
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
