About the Role:

The Student Success Advocate will serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff to promote academic integrity and student success. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of higher education policies and procedures, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Responsibilities include advocating for students' needs, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with colleagues across campus to advance the mission of the office. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and developing and evaluating programs that foster a culture of academic integrity and ethics.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
