About the Role: As the CHASS Graduate Student Services Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of graduate student services and enrollment management at the University of California, Riverside. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet the college's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive graduate student recruitment and admissions strategies
  • Collaborate with enrolled student support and retention teams to improve graduate student satisfaction
  • Provide oversight and guidance to graduate student financial support units
  • Lead graduate enrollment management efforts, including course and program approvals
  • Oversee graduate program management, including program reviews and alumni relations

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $64,300 - $114,300 annually, with an expected pay scale of $64,300.00 - $91,000 annually. In addition to competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, but a master's degree is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential for success in this role. Applicants must also have current work authorization and be able to comply with the University of California Vaccination Program Policy.
