Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our members, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
