As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members by preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and ensuring high-quality products are available in the cafe.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food according to item specifications, ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and rotated properly to meet member demand.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent service to our members.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification: Must have a valid food safety certification.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
