Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to residents and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing therapy services to residents and patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments
  • Selecting, implementing, and modifying activities and interventions to meet the needs of our residents and patients
  • Exchanging information with and providing documentation to the occupational therapist
  • Knowledgeable about the patient's/resident's targeted occupational therapy outcomes
Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality therapy services to residents and patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with the occupational therapist to ensure seamless care
  • Documenting resident and patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice
  • Certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
