Madison Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Server to join our team. As an Event Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests attending weddings and events at our beautiful LaKota Oaks property.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up events, serving guests, and ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience as a food server, with banquet service experience being a plus. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to guests attending weddings and events
  • Set up events as directed by the event supervisor
  • Serve guests throughout the event, including serving hot hors d'oeuvres, clearing empties, running refills, and setting final room preparations
  • Ensure assigned side work is accomplished after the event is over
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a food server
  • Banquet service experience is a plus
Working Conditions

This is an on-call position, which means servers know their schedules well in advance. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
