Key Responsibilities- Direct Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with therapists, case managers, advocates, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Leadership: Lead the development and recertification of treatment plans, ISPs, and goal setting for clients on your caseload.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide support to program management in assessing and responding to crisis situations from a trauma-informed perspective.
- Education: Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Licensure: Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW).
- Experience: Two years of experience in a clinical setting.
