Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental or behavioral disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children in 1:1 and group settings
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and support to school staff on ABA techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • Active RBT license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with ABA therapy and children with behavioral disorders
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
