Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children on the Autism Spectrum and with other developmental or behavioral disabilities in a supportive district.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral disabilities.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
