Qualifications for Nurse Practitioners:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
2. Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.
3. Active and unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license.
4. Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
5. Proficient assessment skills, with a requirement for recertification for Hospice patients.
6. Interest in a community-oriented role that necessitates travel between patient appointments.
7. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number is mandatory.
8. National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
