As a Resilience and Recovery Planning Specialist at Dexian, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing governance, oversight, and reporting for our HR Resiliency team.

Key responsibilities include project managing the successful and timely completion of all HR assigned activities and milestones for all RRP programs, coordinating with other HR teams and Client businesses and functions, and creating and executing training sessions with business managers on new resiliency topics.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the documentation and review of deliverables to be submitted with the regulators, identifying and escalating roadblocks to management, and proposing corrective action plans to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience in Resiliency programs and/or deep understanding of Human Resources processes, highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized, and ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders.

Additionally, you will have the ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with senior stakeholders.

Dexian offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
