We are seeking professional, friendly, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Staff. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and capable of working independently. This role involves regular interaction with seniors, making it essential for candidates to genuinely enjoy working with the elderly.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Eligibility as determined by background screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing all linens and personal laundry upon request
• Adhering to established standards and procedures for housekeeping operations
• Cleaning resident apartments, communal areas, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces
• Inspecting and assessing the condition of apartments after residents vacate, noting normal wear and tear
• Conducting periodic inventory of supplies and equipment
• Researching new and improved cleaning tools and techniques

Post-Hire Requirements:

• Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Annual TB Clearance
• Random drug screenings conducted quarterly and as needed
• Adherence to uniform and appearance standards
