Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Trios Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge care.

Requirements:

  • Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
  • One year of experience in emergency nursing preferred.
