Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at VISTA Staffing Solutions. As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab results and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.
- Board certification in Hospital Medicine or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
