GeoLogics Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to leverage your extensive expertise in electrical principles, ensuring that components, materials, assemblies, and equipment adhere to specified standards while conducting real-time defect assessments. This role necessitates the creation of quality assurance documentation and the verification of corrective actions and rework implementations. Your strong communication abilities will be essential for effective collaboration with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and potentially suppliers.

Key Qualifications

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of directly related experience is essential.
  • Certifications such as J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray qualification may be required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, as well as statistical and process control techniques.
  • Proficient in setting up basic electronic or mechanical test configurations.
