Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our team at TAM Residential LLC, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role involves working on various tasks, including repairs, renovations, and unit turnover, as well as performing routine preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Estimate the time and extent of repairs, ensuring accurate quotes for residents
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and appliances
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Oversee work performed by external contractors, ensuring high-quality results
Requirements
  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance is essential
  • Must be HVAC certified, with a strong understanding of maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Reliable transportation is required for on-call emergencies
