Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • Bonus: 15%
  • Equity: 0.1% - 0.15%
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive implementation process, which includes:
    • Ensuring the fulfillment and delivery of necessary hardware
    • Coordinating project planning with customer experience teams regarding logistics and communication
    • Collecting and documenting customer data before and after installations
    • Addressing installation challenges by dispatching additional technicians and maintaining prompt communication with clients
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience:
    • Oversee internal technicians
    • Act as the hiring manager for additional technician recruitment
  • Establish a network of national installers to achieve our installation targets by the end of 2025:
    • Provide training for national installer technicians on hardware and software
    • Monitor installations both on-site and remotely
    • Conduct evaluations of installers and compile reports for clients
  • Collect and disseminate insights from the field to enhance cross-functional learning
  • Create and maintain reports that highlight progress, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities within the implementation process
  • Assist in customer troubleshooting by collaborating with internal support and success teams:
    • Develop standard operating procedures as necessary
    • Create internal training resources to facilitate swift resolutions to customer inquiries
    • Address complex issues related to installations
  • Update internal databases, including Hubspot, with relevant implementation data
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule for occasional travel and respond to requests outside standard working hours
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven capability to devise innovative solutions for complex field challenges
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills to effectively communicate updates to the team
