Senior Solutions Architect


As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will join a global team, working in collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, core team members, and various leaders.

Your role will involve assisting in the design, implementation, and support of the new Trucks Dealer Portal.

This role will report to the System Analysis US Chapter, supporting Commercial Solutions NA for Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of identified solutions that align with business needs.


Ensure that the developed solutions adhere to established architectural guidelines, specifications, and quality requirements set by business partners, while maintaining compliance with Volvo standards, tools, and platforms.

Provide comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope considerations.


Develop test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and integration testing of solutions to ensure all requirements are met prior to deployment.

Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are operational and effective.


Engage with the Dealer Engagement Stable Team to comprehend the North America TDP processes, as well as the Global TDP processes.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the TDP domain for End-to-End processes.

Identify and propose enhancements and features to optimize the TDP product.

Resolve assigned issues in collaboration with the business.

Document and track requirements necessary to implement proposed updates, such as legal, customer experience, or other considerations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven capacity to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects concurrently with a global perspective, effectively navigating a culturally diverse organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder interests while balancing conflicting priorities and business needs, complemented by excellent interpersonal, relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Technical Expertise

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform

Solid understanding of Extranets

Knowledge of IAM technologies and processes

Strong grasp of large datasets and relational databases

Expertise in crafting user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and Visio

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration
